WORK PROCESS

Phase A:

Initial phase where the client contacts SRES-Sweden and submits an RFQ (Request for Quotation) which shall contain the conditions for the procurement of contract via SRES-Sweden Contact details (Please see the “CONTACT US” tab).

Phase B:

SRES-Sweden will review all details of the RFQ whether it be a simple straight forward development project (Set of Instructions, pictures) or a more detailed design and development project (drawings, pictures, requirements, instructions, description documentation). SRES-Sweden guarantees an initial reply to tender within 24hrs of receipt of RFQ and regular follow-up thereafter.

Project Start:

Upon successful negotiation of terms and conditions and agreement between both contractor (SRES-Sweden) and client, the project will commence at agreed start date.

Phase C:

During the project phase, the contractor carries out the assignments procured by the client in accordance with the agreement made (project, schedule, budget, material, labour, etc).

Phase D:

The project is concluded with a final inspection of all work completed (inclusive of any snag list) by SRES-Sweden CEO and the customer where a final clearance of work done is given by the client. Project Finish:Removal of all waste material rendered from the project will be disposed of in an environmental manner by SRES-Sweden and upon which a handover of the contract/project to the client will occur.

Additional Notes:

Warranty:

The warranty period applies from an approved final inspection and five years on for the contractor’s work and two years for materials and goods.

Price Quotation:

The overall contract price for the project can be either be paid by the client as a one fixed payment with 30 day payment terms upon project completion or a culmination of milestone payments during phase C of the project. The latter payment method is to accommodate larger work construction projects and alleviate financial burden to the client/customer. SRES-Sweden aims at delivering a fair and competitive price quotation for all design (CAD models, design drawings, plans & permits), and/or development work (construction, conversion, refurbishment) across all projects whether they be large or small, complex or straight forward and will be delivered to our customer in a detailed and transparent manner within the project quotation.

Phase B:

When the client reviews the offer being proposed by SRES-Sweden and after negotiation is complete this offer then becomes a binding contract. Depending on the size of the contract this can be a simple “go” given by the client in the form of an email with reference to the quotation or a more detailed paper contract produced by SRES-Sweden.

Phase C:

SRES-Sweden is committed to delivering 100% customer satisfaction and therefore the client is of course free to adjust their initial RFQ, as work is being carried out. The client is reminded however that this may result with an impact on overall project schedule and cost.
